From the time I submitted my application online to the end, Byron Morris showed nothing short of an AMAZING experience. He was very open and honest about my options and what was best for me. To be honest, I just wanted to see what my options were, however, with the great service that I received and the patience of Byron, I decided to purchase a new car. The service here was a great and rewarding experience. I will purchase another vehicle from these guys. Nothing beats GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Excellent Customer CareI found the prices at this dealership's service department to be significantly less than Nissan of Lithia Springs who tried to charge me $575 for a diagnostic. The service advisor initially said the diagnostic would be $135 but then said they did not find the problem within the scope of the $135 and that they would have to charge me another $440 for an electronic diagnostic. I contacted Nissan South and found that an electronic diagnosis would be only $128. So after a recall repair and an oil change at Nissan of Lithia Springs, I took my car to Nissan of Union City. I should have gone there first and saved myself $135! Nissan of Union City charged me $128 and found the problem which was an electrical problem. I appreciate service advisor Joseph for taking such good care of me with service prices and time management for the repair.While I was there, I experienced excellent customer service. The customer lounge was clean and stocked with snacks including breakfast items (oatmeal, etc), good coffee, freshly popped popcorn (no wonder people are tempted to stock up on items before they leave - LOL) and space to work. But best of all was Ms. Voncella, as in Von-sell-a (car) LOL. She was phenomenal! Extremely customer service focused. So much so, that I commented to her what a great job she was doing interacting with and ensuring customers were taken care of. I asked her position and learned she is the customer care manager. No doubt, a position well deserved. She is definitely the customer service difference at Nissan South of Union City! Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised that they provided a complimentary car wash after my car had been serviced. I was only accustomed to this kind of treatment with my Lexus. Hopefully, I've found a dealership that CONSISTENTLY offers affordable service prices and excellent customer service. Stayed tuned....

She is great, wonderful; and provide unlimited customer services, every time I took my car for services. She treat customers very professionally, courteous and very business related. She is a great asset to the company and no doubt the the best employee in my opinion in your organization.
