I purchased my car here in 2015. My car was recently paid off and I was supposed to get reimbursed for my gap insurance. I took my letter from the bank to Nissan and it was supposed to be faxed to the gap insurance company. This was three weeks ago. I followed up with the gap insurance agency and they have not received anything from Nissan. I have called and left several voicemails. I have called and been hung up on by the front desk at least three times and no one seems to know what they are doing. I will never again purchase a car from them. Since posting this, the right person got into contact with me and handled the situation same day. I’m not sure who I was speaking with beforehand, but I’m glad the situation was resolved.
